'unorthodox' - four-part netflix seriesThis new Netflix German/US production is worth watching with your parents and grandparents. It probably is not suitable for younger viewers as there are scenes dealing with the pressures on young ultra-orthodox newly-weds to begin having children straight away, Year 13 Media Students will be interested to know that the series was co-written and produced by Anna Winger who co-wrote Deutschland 83. The director is Maria Schrader who plays Lenora in Deutschland 83. You can see these talented people being interviewed in The 'Making of' episode. |
